Asbestos Aware
Workers who may encounter asbestos but are not performing hands-on removal. Covers recognition, hazard awareness, and safe work near materials.
Asbestos Safety Level 1 + 2
Workers performing hands-on asbestos removal, containment, and abatement. Two-day combined program covering both certification levels in a single booking.
Asbestos Safety Leader
Supervisors overseeing asbestos abatement worksites. We coordinate the training program and administer your certification exam.
Asbestos Surveyor
Workers performing asbestos surveys, identification, sampling, and documentation. We coordinate the training program and administer your exam.
Lead Abatement Level 1 + 2
Workers who handle, disturb, or remove lead-containing materials. One-day combined program. Online via Zoom or in person.
Exam-Only Recertification
For workers whose asbestos certificate expired within the last 12 months. Written exam only, no full course required.
Standalone Exam Booking
Trained elsewhere and need to sit the WorkSafeBC exam? Book a standalone exam sitting through 1 Asbestos Academy.
Exam Rewrite
Previously attempted the exam and need to retest. Book a rewrite sitting at our next available date.
